Rivermark Community Credit Union engaged Ethos Commercial Advisors to assist them in the disposition of the credit union's administrative building located along Beaverton's Highway 217 Corridor.
Rivermark has long been an early adopter of digital solutions for its members, and the sale of its 30,500 square foot administrative building located at 8505 SW Creekside Place will allow the credit union to further support its hybrid workforce to meet the growing needs of its membership.
The credit union's other administrative building located at 9125 SW Gemini Drive is also in Beaverton and will remain operational. The building is currently undergoing a significant renovation that will increase its square footage to accommodate future workforce growth.
"While we embrace remote work for our employees, we also felt it was important to consolidate our administrative building into a single location", said Seth Schaefer, CEO and President of Rivermark. "By doubling the square footage of our existing Gemini Administrative building, we are able to improve staff collaboration and service to our members while at the same time reducing our overall administrative footprint", continued Schaefer.
Ethos Commercial Advisors and Rivermark Community Credit Union would also like to thank the City of Beaverton for facilitating the required zoning amendment; making it possible for the buyer to relocate their corporate headquarters.
