Each quarter, Robins Financial Credit Union selects three employees that represent the best of the best in three categories – Manager, Support Department Staff and Branch Staff. Employees are selected by management based on their outstanding work performance and written recommendations from their peers. The winners chosen for the first quarter of 2021 are as follows:
Donna Blackwell, North Houston Branch – Blackwell is the Manager of the North Houston branch and has been with the credit union for almost 10 years. She loves to travel with family, especially to the beach and loves football season. In her free time she enjoys spending quality time with her 4 year old son.
Paul Harlan, Indirect Lending Department – Harlan is an Indirect Lending Specialist and has been with the credit union for 6 years. He is deeply involved with New City Church and recently became the treasurer for his neighborhood association. In his spare time, Harlan enjoys playing with his daughter, yard work and hanging out with friends.
Jaime Cochran, Milledgeville Branch – Cochran is a Member Service Representative and has been with the credit union for 10 years. She is a former ambassador for the Baldwin County Chamber of Commerce. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, playing Bunco with friends and spending time on her boat at the lake.
