WARNER ROBINS, GA (August 16, 2023) — Robins Financial Credit Union is pleased to announce a donation of $1,000 to the Oconee Therapeutic Riding 5K and Lap of Love.
Oconee Therapeutic Riding, a nonprofit organization, specializes in providing equine-assisted therapy to individuals with physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges. Through the power of horse-human interaction, the center helps participants build self-confidence, improve motor skills, and enhance emotional well-being in a supportive and nurturing environment.
The race, scheduled for September 2, 2023, is a community-focused event aimed at raising funds for Oconee Therapeutic Riding. This event supports the riders and ensures that no rider is denied the therapeutic benefits of the program. The donation to Oconee Therapeutic Riding 5K and Lap of Love reinforces Robins Financial Credit Union’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and its ongoing dedication to making a positive difference in the communities the credit union serves.
