San Diego County Credit Union collects more than 1,600 toys for San Diego and Orange County children’s hospitals
SDCCU members donate to help bring joy to pediatric patients
SAN DIEGO, CA (February 8, 2018) — For the eighth consecutive year, Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego and Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC Children’s) patients will be the recipients of toys all throughout the year thanks to San Diego County Credit Union® (SDCCU®), San Diego’s largest locally-owned financial institution. SDCCU’s customers and employees donated more than 1,600 toys this year to more than double last year’s donation for the annual Holiday Toy Drive benefiting Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego and CHOC Children’s.
New, unwrapped toys were collected at all of SDCCU’s 43 convenient branch locations in San Diego, Riverside and Orange counties to be delivered this month to Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego and CHOC Children’s. Toys will be distributed and used throughout the year to help bring comfort and support to patients.
