San Diego County Credit Union collects ‘Presents for Paws’ this holiday season
SDCCU supports our four-legged friends through fundraising for animal shelters
SAN DIEGO, CA (December 23, 2016) — San Diego County Credit Union® (SDCCU®), San Diego’s largest locally-owned financial institution, is collecting “Presents for Paws,” a special holiday fundraising campaign benefiting animal shelters. This will be SDCCU’s fifth consecutive holiday season to support the “Presents for Paws” campaign.
SDCCU hopes to raise $10,000 throughout the holiday season. In San Diego County, collections will benefit San Diego Humane Society, in Riverside County, collections will benefit Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center and in Orange County, collections will benefit the Animal Assistance League of OC. Donations will be accepted at all 40 SDCCU branch locations and through a link on its website, sdccu.com.
“SDCCU is proud to support Presents for Paws because our furry friends deserve to have happy holidays too,” said Teresa Halleck, SDCCU president and CEO. “Help us raise much-needed funds for animals in need by making a donation this holiday season, which will help save precious animals.”
Last holiday season, SDCCU’s “Presents for Paws” campaign exceeded the $10,000 goal, raising a total of $12,278.
