San Diego County Credit Union launches holiday shopping promotion, rewards debit card purchases
SDCCU’s annual Happy Debitdays features prizes of up to $500, plus up to $1,000 in the SDCCU Cash Cube
SAN DIEGO, CA (November 24, 2015) — San Diego County Credit Union® (SDCCU®), San Diego’s largest locally-owned financial institution, is ready for the holidays with its launch of “Happy Debitdays®” sweepstakes, an annual holiday shopping promotion.
The “Happy Debitdays” sweepstakes invites SDCCU customers to use their SDCCU debit card for a chance to have their debit card purchase paid up to $500. When SDCCU customers use their SDCCU debit card through Dec. 26, randomly selected debit card purchases will be credited the price of their transaction, up to $500. Every debit card transaction counts as one sweepstakes entry. Winners will be selected weekly through December 26.
“With the holidays fast-approaching, the Happy Debitdays promotion gives SDCCU customers the chance to win some extra shopping money,” said Teresa Halleck, SDCCU president and CEO. “Every time you use your SDCCU debit card, you’re automatically entered for a chance to win. The more you shop with your SDCCU debit card, the greater your chances to win.”
In addition, appearances of the SDCCU Cash Cube in the community are scheduled over the next two months. The SDCCU Cash Cube is a walk-in container where money flies through the air. Lucky winners will have the opportunity to spend 30 seconds in the SDCCU Cash Cube and grab up to $1,000.
