FORT SMITH, AK (May 15, 2014) -- Sarah Drummond has been appointed to the position of Branch Manager at the United Federal Credit Union (UFCU) Rogers Avenue branch in Fort Smith, Ark. In her new role, Drummond will be responsible for providing operational leadership to the branch, including staff development, retention, and growth of branch sales performance.
Drummond’s prior financial services experience includes Branch Manager and Commercial Services Officer positions at the First National Bank of Fort Smith where she was responsible for branch operations, supervision of customer service employees, and community relations. She previously served in teller and customer service roles at Arvest Bank and the Bank of the Ozarks.
A native of Ozark, Ark., Drummond holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. She resides in Fort Smith, Ark.
