SC Telco Federal Credit Union announces leadership transitions

SC Telco Federal Credit Union, headquartered in the Upstate of South Carolina, announced, as part of its leadership succession plan and organizational re-alignment, the current three chief positions have been named as Senior Vice President positions.  Patti Seymore, SVP/Chief Administrative Officer, has been with the credit union for 30 years and supervises various departments including Recovery/Collections, Human Resources, Education and Development.  Toni Davisson, SVP/Chief Financial Officer, oversees the Information Technology, Accounting and Risk/Facility departments of SC Telco.  Mrs. Davisson has been with the credit union for 30 years.  Brian McKay, SVP/Chief Operating Officer, has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry and is responsible for the overall member experience through SC Telco’s branch network, lending efforts, Regulatory Compliance and Marketing Departments.

With regards to the change in management structure, additionally, Travis Barbare and Jessica Baker have been promoted to Vice Presidents.  Mr. Barbare, VP of Lending, has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.  He is now responsible for all lending departments of SC Telco covering Business, Mortgage, and Consumer Lending.  Travis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from USC Upstate.

Jessica Baker, VP of Member Service, will lead all of SC Telco’s branch and member service call center operations, sales energies, member onboarding and quality assurance programs.  Mrs. Baker has over 10 years of financial industry experience, including a background in operations, sales and insurance.  She holds her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s College of Maine.
