SCE Credit Union opens North Las Vegas branch

IRWINDALE, CA (July 6, 2020) — SCE Credit Union (SCE FCU) has opened its fourth branch in the Las Vegas Valley at 2215 E. Lone Mountain Road in North Las Vegas to better accommodate the needs of members in the area.

“We’re thrilled to add a new branch in North Las Vegas and to meet the ongoing needs of our North Las Vegas members,” said SCE FCU President and CEO Dan Rader. “This new location offers additional conveniences for our members who live in the area and allows easier access for new members seeking a financial institution with more benefits for them to take part in.”

Driven by a “Create Good” philosophy, SCE FCU commits to helping improve the financial well-being of the communities it serves. Aside from its financial aspect, the credit union is a strong community partner among local nonprofits and groups, including Three Square Food Bank and the four-year financial literacy program being pioneered with Basic Academy.

“Giving back to the community is a key priority for the credit union,” said SCE FCU Director of Branches for Southern Nevada Mike Campion. “We believe in partnerships with charities that are helping to improve lives. The nonprofit we founded, the Center for Financial Empowerment, also has a variety of activities in southern Nevada that strengthens financial education among residents and our future generations. We do what we can to support Las Vegas as a whole.”
