Schulz joins Numerica as vice president of business solutions and execution

SPOKANE VALLEY, WA (January 5, 2026) |

Numerica Credit Union is pleased to welcome Jen Schulz as its new vice president of business solutions and execution. Bringing more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Schulz will lead efforts that strengthen the connection between people, processes, and technology, ensuring Numerica continues to deliver exceptional value to its members and communities.

In this executive role, Schulz will partner closely with Numerica’s chief technology officer to foster collaboration across departments and guide projects that make banking easier, more accessible, and more impactful for members. Her leadership will help ensure technology and operations work hand in hand to advance Numerica’s mission of enhancing lives, fulfilling dreams, and building communities.

Before joining Numerica, Schulz served as senior vice president and director of strategic initiatives at Umpqua Bank, where she led digital transformation and service-focused initiatives. During her nearly two decades with the organization, she spearheaded system modernization efforts, strengthened team and customer experiences, and fostered cross-department collaboration. 

Schulz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Portland State University, is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and is a certified change practitioner.
