Scott McCown joins Insuritas as director of customer success and operations

EAST WINDSOR, CT (April 7, 2021) — Insuritas is pleased to announce that Scott McCown has joined the company as Director of Customer Success and Operations. Mr. McCown is a highly experienced senior executive, most recently responsible for strategy, sales, operations, and enterprise transformation in the retail and contract center platforms at one of the US’s largest financial institutions. Mr. McCown joins Insuritas with an extraordinary track record of top and bottom-line growth achieved through strategic development and execution.

Mr. McCown joins Insuritas from TD Bank, the 10th largest bank in the US, where he was responsible for oversite of 900+ contact center team members and 35 leaders as a part of the TD Bank US Contact Center.
