SDCCU honored among San Diego Business Journal’s 2023 Cybersecurity Stewardship Award winners
Awards celebrate exceptional efforts to create a more secure San Diego
SAN DIEGO, CA (November 7, 2023) — San Diego County Credit Union® (SDCCU®), one of California’s top credit unions, has been selected among San Diego Business Journal’s 2023 Cybersecurity Stewardship Award winners and honored with the Cybersecurity Awareness Initiative of the Year Award. The Cybersecurity Stewardship Awards celebrate organizations, academic institutions, municipalities, government agencies and nonprofits for going above and beyond to create a more secure San Diego.

With cybercrime and scams on the rise, SDCCU has focused on cybersecurity awareness to help keep the community safe. This has included creating a series of financial health awareness campaigns to further educate the community on financial security. SDCCU has partnered with local experts to provide complimentary educational webinars and consistently shares resources and information relevant to protecting the financial health of consumers.
