Seattle Credit Union announces Jackie Martinez-Vasquez as Chief Impact Officer
SEATTLE, WA (April 3, 2024) — Seattle Credit Union, a nearly century-old organization committed to community development and economic empowerment, announced today the appointment of Jackie Martinez-Vasquez as its Chief Impact Officer.
Martinez-Vasquez brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role with over 20 years of professional experience in social responsibility, community engagement, strategic development, DEI, and social services.
She will be responsible for developing a comprehensive long-term impact strategy for the organization to ensure that the premier credit union benefits the communities and members who need it most.

Martinez-Vasquez previously served as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at BECU. Before that role, she established and led the Office of Civil Rights, Equity, and Inclusion at Sound Transit.
