Sea West Coast Guard FCU is excited to announce their partnership with award-winning agency BloomCU to develop a new credit union website design. The revamped website will better serve Sea West’s members through upgraded technology and aesthetics that create a true digital branch their members can rely on.
The primary focus for BloomCU will be designing a website that supports Sea West’s marketing efforts and brand image in a way that recognizes the commitment put forth by members of the U.S. Coast Guard. As Sea West continues to grow and expand their membership base, they plan to uphold the Coast Guard motto, Semper Paratus (Always Ready), by including state-of-the-art banking tools such as mobile and online banking, mobile check deposit, balance transfers and more—so that members and families are “Always Ready” in regards to their financial wellbeing.
A feature in the works for the new site is a community forum that will allow members to create posts on certain financial topics, ask questions, and get feedback from other members, families, and Sea West FCU employees around the United States.
Sea West’s new website will also include a natural language quiz bot, and feature BloomCU’s personalization software called Persona. With Persona, visitors who land on the new site will be given a personalized experience based on previous website visits and implied preferences.
