SAN ANTONIO, TX (December 16, 2014) -- Several Security Service employees participated in the annual Great Turkey Challenge held on Thanksgiving morning in downtown San Antonio. Brandon Blanchard, David Holdbrook, Derek Smolik, Regina Sanchez, Roxy Quinbar, Blanca Searuggs and Juan Ramirez ran the 5K race, generating funds to support the San Antonio Food Bank’s mission to fight hunger in Southwest Texas. Every $15 generated by registration fees helped provide a turkey dinner to a family in need. Ranking among the top ten runners in their age groups were Smolik (2) and Blanchard (9).
