Self-service technology from Cummins Allison helps St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union differentiate services and increase branch visits

Branch transformation moves the needle
Starting in 2014, St. Lawrence embarked on a branch transformation journey that included investing in upgrading and expanding its physical infrastructure and services to better serve members.
“With the installation of a new branch and new products and services, we’ve seen significant growth, topping 250 members last year,” Felt stated. “We expect to top that again this year.”
