Service Credit Union deploys OnBase enterprise wide

OnBase by Hyland workflows increase efficiencies and streamline operations across worldwide offices

CLEVELAND, MO (November 7, 2013) — To more effectively manage data and documents for more 180,000 members at 41 locations, Service Credit Union instituted OnBase by Hyland Software for its enterprise content management (ECM) needs. The New Hampshire based credit union provides financial services to residents in New Hampshire and U.S. Military and Department of Defense employees and their families.

Seeking a state-of-the art, single solution to manage information throughout the organization and across numerous global branches was a priority for Service Credit Union.
