SESLOC Credit Union taps BusinessNext to transform banking operations and unlock new growth opportunities

Raleigh, NC (June 3, 2025) |

SESLOC Credit Union, a financial cornerstone of California’s Central Coast since 1942, today announced a strategic partnership with BusinessNext, a leading provider of CRM solutions for financial institutions. The collaboration aims to enhance member service capabilities and drive digital transformation initiatives across SESLOC’s operations.

This collaboration will equip SESLOC’s team with advanced tools to deliver more personalized, efficient service aligned with the credit union’s people-helping-people philosophy and commitment to member-centric banking.

“SESLOC is committed to delivering top-tier banking experiences and superior member service. Our people-helping-people philosophy is behind every transaction and interaction—offering a level of comfort members come to trust over the years,” said Holly Brown, SVP of Member Experience at SESLOC Credit Union. “Therefore, we were rigorous in selecting a CRM solution that aligned with our long-standing mission and more-recent evolution to a needs-based sales culture. We’re thrilled to take the next step in our digital transformation journey by partnering with BusinessNext to provide our frontline teams with tools that help them more efficiently and effectively serve our members.”

The implementation will roll out in strategic phases. Initially, SESLOC will leverage BusinessNext’s integration capabilities with existing credit union systems to create a comprehensive 360-degree view of member relationships. These insights will power the development of automated lead generation, streamlined referral workflows, and personalized omni-channel member communications.

Future phases will incorporate industry-specific AI models to deliver contextual, actionable insights directly to staff, informing product, program, and service enhancements that better meet member needs.

“We’re proud to partner with SESLOC Credit Union as they continue their impressive digital transformation journey,” said Andrew Piron, President of BusinessNext, Americas. “Their commitment to maintaining the human touch while embracing technological innovation perfectly aligns with our mission. By unifying their member data and equipping their talented team with actionable insights, SESLOC will be able to deepen relationships with the communities they’ve served for generations while meeting evolving expectations for personalized financial services. This partnership exemplifies how forward-thinking credit unions can leverage purpose-built technology to enhance their unique strengths.”

Brown added, “As the demand for effortless banking and engaging experiences continue to rise, we are pleased BusinessNext is agile, innovative, and as deeply committed to our true north, which is providing value to members and helping them reach their financial goals and dreams.”
