Share One, Inc., is pleased to announce the promotion of Kim Young to Chief Operations Officer. Kim will oversee the daily operations of the client-facing service personnel teams.
Kim began her career at Share One in 2002 as a customer service representative. She was promoted to customer service manager in 2008 and spent the next four years successfully supervising the customer service and service center teams. The years of experience both serving and managing the customer service department afforded Kim an in-depth knowledge of NewSolutions and the multitude of interfacing third-party applications. Kim has effectively built personalized rapport with Share One clients and teammates alike. In 2012, when Kim and her family moved to Dallas, she transitioned to remotely supporting customer service and facilitating special projects. Over the past year, her efforts were focused on serving as a quality assurance analyst and managing numerous high-level assignments.
Kim’s previous fifteen year career in the financial service industry concentrated on service roles with a comprehensive specialization in lending. Her familiarity with the financial services industry coupled with her specific NewSolutions expertise will be leveraged to fulfill the existing Share One reputation for providing excellent personalized client relationships. “I enjoy working with our clients to help them achieve their goals. My role will be to support our outstanding Share One service teams to quickly assess and solve any service opportunities which are presented to us,” said Kim.

Kim graduated from University of Memphis with a B.A. in Finance. She currently lives in Dallas, TX, with her husband Derek and their five children.
