Oregon State Credit Union Senior Vice President of Financial Services Josh Whisenhunt has announced the promotion of Robyn Shepro to director of Real Estate Services. Shepro will have primary responsibility for the Real Estate Services department, which provides home loans and home loan servicing for the credit union’s members.
“It’s always a pleasure when we can promote from within,” Whisenhunt said. “Robyn has been with the credit union for more than a decade and has been a key part of our success. She’s a dedicated professional committed to providing unsurpassed service to our members. I’m eager to see the energy she will bring to Real Estate Services.”
Shepro joined the credit union in 1996 as a teller. After a short break, she rejoined the credit union in 2012 as a Payment Systems Representative, advancing through progressively more responsible positions in several key departments. Before taking over Real Estate Services, she held positions in the Core Applications Systems department, Business Services, Member Relations and Payment Systems. Whisenhunt said she has been instrumental in developing some of the critical online tools now in use at the credit union, and was the internal coordinator leading the organization’s 2017 system upgrade.
Shepro said she welcomes the chance to work directly with the credit union’s members. “I’m excited for this opportunity to lead the Real Estate Services department. My passion is working with our members creating financial solutions that make their lives better.”
Shepro has a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University. She lives in Corvallis with her family, and is an alumna of Philomath High School.
