David Hadley joins SilverCloud, Inc. as Chief Technology Officer. Hadley brings a rich background in financial security strategy and application development. Prior to joining SilverCloud, Inc. Hadley was a leader at the most successful internet only savings bank in history, Deep Green. Hadley lead the development, operations, and security teams that created new paradigms in online banking including automated online underwriting, unconditional decisioning, and new online security processes. Hadley was a special advisor to the FFEIC interagency taskforce on e-banking and helped established standards used today for the legal definition of information security. Hadley is a nationally recognized expert in secure cloud-based applications and has presented for the Banking Administration Institute (BAI), Finovate, MIS Training Institute, and ISACA. Hadley is a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and certified in the governance of enterprise IT.
