SIU launches upgraded and redesigned credit union website
COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, UT (December 5, 2018) — SIU Credit Union is excited to announce the recent launch of their completely new credit union website design, proudly built by award-winning agency BloomCU.
Serving the rural areas of southern Illinois, SIU is devoted to providing exceptional service for their members, while continuing to be an integral part of their community by partnering with local charities and fundraising efforts. SIU proved their commitment by embarking on a thorough redesign of their website, which now allows members to access in-branch features from the comfort of any device. While developing the aesthetically pleasing design, BloomCU also completely restructured navigation and search features to ensure simplicity and ease of use.
The user interface of the home page reaffirms SIU’s purpose and dedication by asking, “How can we help you?” From there, members go through an interactive, conversational series of choices to guide them on their specific financial journey. Another member-focused feature is BloomCU’s personalization technology, Persona, which gives visitors an individualized version of the credit union website design depending on their past behaviors and implied preferences.
