SkyOne welcomes new leadership in marketing and operations
Shannon Doiron and Amy Chambers join SkyOne’s Executive Leadership Team
HAWTHORNE, CA (May 3, 2019) — SkyOne Federal Credit Union (SkyOne) is pleased to announce the hiring of Chief Marketing Officer Shannon Doiron and Chief Operating Officer Amy Chambers to the Executive Leadership Team.

As CMO, Mr. Doiron will oversee SkyOne’s Marketing, Business Development, and Digital Services teams. Shannon brings over 30 years of experience managing marketing, sales, and ecommerce across a diverse range of industries, including 16 successful years at a nearby credit union. “Shannon has spent his life in Southern California and understands our market and community,” said Whitaker. “He has an in-depth understanding of marketing and technology concepts that will enable us to deliver more innovative, effective promotional offerings to our members.”
As COO, Ms. Chambers will oversee the credit union’s daily operations and Member Contact Center, as well as their Retail Delivery team. Chambers has over 18 years’ experience within the financial services industry, bringing with her expertise in transforming Member Contact Centers into high-performing teams that deliver exceptional service and create lasting member relationships. Whitaker stated, “In our search for a new COO, we sought a candidate with experience in and a focus on the member experience, as well as a commitment to advocating for the organization’s vision, mission, and core values.” Whitaker added, “We are confident that Amy will help shape a very bright future for SkyOne members and employees and are very excited for her to join us.”
