SmartStep Solutions welcomes Lori Tuyo as Senior Vice President

SmartStep Solutions, the credit union industry’s premier Courtesy Pay provider, welcomes Lori Tuyo to their executive team as Senior Vice President.

In her new role, Lori will be working with the Client Relations team to further enhance the credit union experience from onboarding new clients to providing initial training and ongoing support. Additionally, she’ll develop new relationships for SmartStep Solutions as well as represent them at various national conferences and events.

She joins the team at SmartStep Solutions with 11 years of experience working with financial institutions, most recently with Data Systems of Texas, where she was in the Marketing Department and then a Regional Sales Director. As a seasoned credit union professional, she understands the needs and requirements of a credit union partner. This new position allows her to continue her work in an industry that she loves.

Lori has volunteered for years for the Antioch Community Church’s STARS Mentoring Project. She was a member of the Heart of Texas Fair Rodeo Committee, where she won the Rookie of the Year award. She resides in Texas with her two daughters, one who is a student at Tarleton State University, and the other who will be attending Campbell University.
