South Bay Credit Union Employee Celebrates 20 Years of Excellent Service January 2011
Redondo Beach, CA – South Bay Credit Union (www.sbcu.org) is proud to celebrate 20 years of Excellent Service from employee Margaret Curry. Margaret came to the credit union on referral by one of her best friends and found kinship with many of her colleagues from a local theater group. Margaret has been happily providing service to members ever since.
When Margaret started, the credit union was a one-branch shop called Centinela-South Bay Credit Union. Today, South Bay Credit Union has two locations serving more than 8,000 members and $70million in assets.
David Ellings, VP of Lending, remembers when Margaret first started. “Margaret has always been very personable with all the members of South Bay Credit Union. She enjoys getting to know each member and works diligently to help meet their financial needs and helping them to leave with a smile. Margaret provides the trust the members are looking for.”
