South Jersey Federal Credit Union employees donate to Career Opportunity Development, Inc.

South Jersey Federal Credit Union (SJFCU) employees presented a check in the amount of $2,000.00 to local representative Kristi Gonzales from International Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva Association (IFOPA).  The donation was made on behalf of the SJFCU employees’ “Charitable Journey” program and will be used for disease awareness, research, and clinical studies.

“Charitable Journey” is an employee-sponsored charity program. SJFCU employees can nominate a worthy organization to receive the monetary donation. A new charity is selected each quarter and funds are raised by employees. As an incentive to donate, SJFCU employees who contribute are permitted to dress down for charity on Fridays.
