St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union holds Did You Know Educational Event March 24

OGDENSBURG, NY (March 7, 2016) — St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union (SLFCU) has announced it is beginning quarterly Did You Know member education events. The first event on Thursday, March 24, will offer demonstrations of online banking, the use of e-statements, and the SLFCU Mobile Banking App. Did You Know will take place at all three branch locations: 800 Commerce Park Drive; Ogdensburg; 333 State Street, Ogdensburg; and 33 Court Street, Canton. Those interested in taking part are asked to visit any of the branch locations on March 24 at any time during banking hours (8:30am – 4:30pm). No registration is necessary.

Elizabeth A. Pier C.U.C.E., Business Development Manager, who developed the Did You Know program said, “As a Credit Union, an important part of our mission is to improve the financial lives of our members. One way we are achieving that goal is with these hands-on member education events to help people better access and understand banking and financial tools. We are excited to kick-off Did You Know and look forward to a great turn-out.”

SLFCU CEO, Todd Mashaw said, “We have structured the Did You Know events to be flexible, with no registration required, so as many members as possible can take part. We encourage members to attend and learn more about how our banking services can help them manage their finances.”
