St. Paul Federal Credit Union named one of the best places to work

Honor bestowed on less than 1% of credit unions nationally!

ST PAUL, MN (September 19, 2017) — St. Paul Federal Credit Union ($164 million in assets) has been recognized by Best Companies Group and Credit Union Journal as one of the best credit unions in the country to work for.  Only 45 credit unions in the country have been so recognized.

St. Paul Federal CEO Thomas Glatt said, “We’re extremely proud to earn this recognition.  We strongly believe if we take great care of our employees, they will take great care of our members.”

The evaluation process included two components: an evaluation of workplace policies, practices, and demographics as well as feedback from employees directly.  Best Companies Group managed the process and evaluated the results to determine final rankings.  Glatt added:  “Our credit union is a union shop.  The relationship between management and the union has never been stronger.  We are all committed to providing the best value and service to our members.”
