Star Tribune names Hiway Federal Credit Union (Hiway) a 2016 Top Workplace
ST. PAUL, MN (June 29, 2016) — Hiway Federal Credit Union (Hiway) has been named one of the Top 150 Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune. The Top Workplaces special section was published in the Star Tribune on Sunday, June 26.
Produced by the same team that compiles the 25-year-old Star Tribune 100 report of the best-performing public companies in Minnesota, Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from over 73,800 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.
The rankings in the Star Tribune Top 150 Workplaces are based on survey information collected by WorkplaceDynamics, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.
“Hiway is very pleased to be named a Star Tribune Best Workplace for the 3rd year in a row,” said Dave Boden, Hiway President/CEO. “In order to best serve our member-owners, our business partners and our community, we realize that we need to have a group of engaged, talented and compassionate associates who are passionate about what they do every day. Our Board of Directors, management group and staff are committed to working together to create a work environment where everyone enjoys coming to work, where work and life balance is actively promoted, where people are encouraged to participate, strive and grow and where we all can have fun and do what we love best—helping our members and serving our community.”
Star Tribune Publisher Michael J. Klingensmith said, “The companies in the Star Tribune Top 150 Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota. My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies.”
