STCU announces new director, commercial lending manager, and branch manager

SPOKANE, WA (July 15, 2016) — STCU has promoted a longtime employee to a director position and added two experienced managers to its leadership team.

  • Nicole Tutt is STCU’s new director of enterprise security, overseeing information security; information management; and security and fraud prevention departments. An STCU employee since 2002, Tutt previously was information security manager. She has a master’s degree in information security and assurance from Western Governors University as well as a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Gonzaga University.
  • Scott Bleeker has joined STCU as commercial lending manager. Bleeker began working in financial institutions in 1991. He most recently was a senior vice president at Bank of America. Bleeker has a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from Washington State University as well as a master of divinity degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary.
  • Nicole Gunning-Butler has joined STCU as manager of the Newport Branch. Gunning-Butler brings nine years of experience in financial organizations, most recently as a branch manager for Numerica Credit Union. She has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix.
