Rogue's equity position remains strong. The credit union closed the quarter with a 10.37% net worth ratio, well above the “well-capitalized” regulatory requirement of 7.00%. Rogue remains a trusted financial institution that is safe, sound and secure.

On June 29, Rogue Credit Union successfully completed its merger with Members 1st Credit Union, marking a significant milestone in the organization's continued growth. The merger expands Rogue's footprint into Northern California while bringing together two member-focused credit unions with a shared commitment to exceptional service and community impact. Rogue is excited to officially welcome Members 1st members and employees to the Rogue family and looks forward to delivering enhanced products, services and long-term value throughout the region.

As part of its 70 Years of Service celebration, Rogue Credit Union continued to reward members throughout the second quarter with its 70 Years of Service Giveaway. Each month, seven members were randomly selected to receive a $700 deposit into their High-Yield Ownership Account, celebrating Rogue's 70 years of service while helping members grow their savings.

The credit union's commitment to the community also shone during the second quarter. Thanks to the generosity of members, employees and the community, Rogue raised a record-breaking $65,000 during April's Change a Child's Life Week benefiting Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. The fundraiser supports Asante, St. Luke's, UC Davis and PeaceHealth, with spirited branch activities and employee participation helping make this year's campaign the most successful to date.

In June, the credit union awarded $42,500 in scholarships to 14 students across Rogue’s service areas. Winners were recognized for their outstanding academic achievement, school participation and community involvement.

Rogue continued to strengthen its community involvement throughout its service areas by supporting local events, nonprofits and community partnerships through donations and sponsorships. Among these were new naming rights partnerships with the City of Grants Pass, OR, for a concert half shell at Riverside Park named the Rogue Credit Union Half Shell and arena naming rights with the Payette County Rodeo’s arena in Payette, ID, now named Rogue Credit Union Arena.

Rogue Credit Union celebrated an exciting milestone in April with the beam signing for its future Meridian branch in Idaho, which remains on track to open in early 2027. In Oregon, the credit union also prepared to welcome members to its new Coos Bay Branch, with a soft opening scheduled for July 20 and a Grand Opening celebration set for August 11.

The credit union continued progress on strategic initiatives to better serve its growing membership in 2026. It recently introduced its new Silvur program, designed to support members in or approaching retirement. The program provides tools and resources to help navigate Social Security, identity protection and financial planning, reinforcing Rogue’s commitment to delivering solutions that support members on their journey to financial well-being.
