Structure First expands with a new office in Oxford, MS
KNOXVILLE, TN (February 23, 2018) — Structure First, LTD. Founder and Principal, Ned Compton, announced today that Brit Boatright, CCIM will open an office in Oxford, MS in order to better serve our growing relationships in the Southeastern United States.
Boatright is a 26-year bank veteran as well as an experienced real estate professional holding the distinguished CCIM designation since 1999. The highlight of his banking career was the development and execution of highly successful new eight branch network in the Nashville Marketplace while serving as the Nashville Area President for FirstBank.
Boatright stated, “I am excited to combine my experience in strategic financial institution growth with my passion for commercial real estate development in order to assist banks and credit unions in the Southeastern United States seeking Branch Optimization. I have known the principals of Structure First since 2007 as a former client and saw firsthand the power of working with this team and am delighted to be a Principal in the firm.”
