Summit Credit Union has opened a 3,671-square-foot, full-service branch at 1300 Oconomowoc Parkway, near Highway 67.
The branch employs eight people, including a mortgage loan officer and a Summit Financial Advisor. Lobby hours are 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. on Fridays and 9 a.m.–12 p.m. on Saturdays. Drive-up lanes with access to a video teller machine will be available 8 a.m.–5:30 pm Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. on Fridays and 8:30 a.m.–1 p.m. on Saturdays.
Summit Credit Union CEO & president, Kim Sponem, said the Oconomowoc branch is the first in “Lake Country.” “We’re excited to join Oconomowoc’s growing and thriving community. We’re looking forward to helping more people benefit from the savings we bring through better rates, lower fees, and a whole host of financial education and wellness tools available through our credit union.”
The Oconomowoc location brings the total to 37 branches in Wisconsin including nine in the greater Milwaukee area. Summit is Wisconsin’s second largest credit union.
Summit is set to open a new 152,000-square-foot headquarters in Cottage Grove, which is expected to open in spring 2019.
