Sunmark Federal Credit Union announces executive promotions

LATHAM, NY (April 17, 2018) — Sunmark Federal Credit Union has announced two executive promotions as the credit union prepares for growth in 2018.

Antoinette (Toni) LeBron has been promoted from VP of Member Relations to Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer at Sunmark Federal Credit Union. In her new position, LeBron will collaborate with President/CEO Frank DeGraw in developing and implementing strategic objectives for the credit union. In her role, LeBron will also oversee the Branch Retail Network, Member Service Center, IT and Marketing, Deposit Operations and Member Investment Services. LeBron has been an employee of Sunmark Federal Credit Union for the past 10 years. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Fleet Bank of New York and as an Executive Account Manager for the New York State Credit Union League. LeBron, originally from Glens Falls, attended Herkimer Community College and currently resides in Latham.

Alissa Sykes has been promoted to Senior Vice President/Chief Lending Officer. In her new position, Alissa will oversee all lending for Sunmark including consumer, business, mortgage and collections as well as Sunmark card services. Sykes has been with Sunmark for 12 years and has been honored as a top Women to Watch, a recognition presented to influential, forward-thinking women reshaping the future of the credit union community. In addition, she has been recognized as a Credit Union Rock Star an honor given to credit union professionals for their outstanding innovations, service and achievements. Sykes attended Hudson Valley Community College and currently resides in Averill Park.
