A superior customer experience drove iQ Credit Union’s selection of a new statement processor

As the $978M iQ Credit Union’s current statement processing contract approached expiration, the credit union began considering other options. The search was driven not only by due diligence, but also by a desire to find a statement vendor that could provide a superior level of service.

“All statement vendors do essentially the same thing, so it can be hard to differentiate them,” said SVP of Marketing and Communications Danette LaChapelle. “It all came down to XDI’s overall philosophy – from how they treat their customers to how their contracts are written.” Although the credit union doesn’t officially switch to XDI until June, the credit union already got a glimpse of XDI’s superior customer service when the company completed an emergency project for iQ.

The iQ team was even impressed by the pro-customer nature of XDI’s contract. For example, it’s month to month with no penalty for leaving. Likewise, the feedback the credit union heard from existing XDI customers in the credit union community only reinforced the decision.
