Centra Credit Union announced Swami Seetharaman as the organization’s new chief experience officer. Seetharaman was selected based on his extensive executive leadership experience in the Credit Union industry, most recently as senior vice president/chief marketing & payments officer at Credit Union ONE.

His experience and expertise, particularly in data analytics, technology, and Member experience, will support Centra’s continued growth,” said Rick Silvers, president and CEO.
Seetharaman previously held roles of SVP/chief data officer, SVP/chief member experience officer, and SVP/chief marketing officer with Credit Union One. He also has more than a decade of experience in implementing data and technology solutions across a variety of industries. Seetharaman will provide strategic leadership to several departments at Centra, including marketing, Member experience, IT, facilities and Team Member experience.

Seetharaman holds a Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) designation as well as a Master of Business Administration from University of Bombay and a Bachelor of Science in statistics from University of Madras. Seetharaman has a demonstrated history of community support, reintroducing both a scholarship program and a high school internship program in his previous role.
