SWBC Mortgage and Loan Officers take top spots in Mortgage Executive Magazine rankings

SAN ANTONIO, TX (March 25, 2014) – SWBC Mortgage is excited to announce that it was recently ranked as one of the “50 Best Companies to Work For” by Mortgage Executive Magazine. More than 160 mortgage companies and banks participated, and more than 8,000 loan officers were surveyed. The online surveys were limited to licensed mortgage loan officers that are presently employed by the companies that they rated. The survey asked the loan officers to rate the company’s culture, loan processing, underwriting, compensation, management, marketing, and technology.

SWBC Mortgage is also pleased to announce that 14 of its loan officers ranked in the publication’s Top 1% of Mortgage Originators in America in 2013. Two of them also made the list of the Top 200 Mortgage Originators in America in 2013.
