SWBC’s financial institutions division expands payments division

SAN ANTONIO, TX (March 6, 2017) — SWBC, an international financial services company providing a wide range of insurance, mortgage and investment services to individuals, businesses and financial institutions, today announced that its financial institutions division has expanded its payments division by hiring Jack “Ken” Ross as payments product manager and promoting Holley Sorenson to director of client support.

As payments product manager, Ken is responsible for managing the execution of the software product roadmap, leading cross-functional teams to deliver payment solutions to customers and performing market research to identify future product and industry opportunities. He brings nearly 15 years of experience in management, B2B sales and technology to his new role.

Previously, Ken served as vice president of client services for a payment management platform provider, where he was responsible for client account management, product management, project implementation management and client support for a fully cloud-based SaaS payment and document management platform.

As director of client support, Holley is responsible for ensuring that the operations of customer support of the AutoPilot organization runs effectively by determining needs and analyzing areas of improvement, working with clients and cross-divisional teams to address escalated customer support issues and managing the quality of the online knowledge base and community. She has been with SWBC for over seven years, serving previously as client support manager.

“Ken and Holley represent a key factor that contributes to the continued success of our team, and that is the quality of employee we have working here,” said Jason O’Brien, senior vice president of payments at SWBC financial institutions division. “We are looking forward to both the continued value that Holley has already demonstrated, as well as the addition of an experienced manager like Ken.”
