SWBC’s LendingXpress™ integrates with MeridianLink’s LoansPQ™
SAN ANTONIO, TX (March 8, 2016) — SWBC’s Lending Solutions™ is excited to announce that it has recently enhanced its integration with its LendingXpress™ Platform and MeridianLink’s LoansPQ™ Consumer Lending Loan Origination System. This integration helps credit unions improve efficiencies and lower operating costs by allowing data and completed products to seamlessly flow back into LoansPQ. With this integration, LoansPQ users can efficiently order settlement services such as valuation products, title/closing products, flood services, verification services, and more.
“SWBC Lending Solutions is a valued partner of MeridianLink, and we are excited to take our integration with the LendingXpress™ Platform to the next level,” said MeridianLink’s Doug Glagola, VP of Enterprise Solutions. “Having our technologies work together provides our mutual clients a seamless real estate processing experience. This integration will further assist financial institutions in achieving their goal of approving more applicants, increasing profitability, streamlining the loan origination process, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Our customers are looking for lending solutions that ensure the correct loan decisions are made quickly and efficiently. With this upgraded integration we’re putting this power in their hands.”
The integration between LendingXpress and LoansPQ also helps consolidate the workflow and allows the credit union to have a seamless real estate processing experience. It eliminates the need for redundant data input, while significantly reducing the chance for human error by auto-populating data; enhances productivity by saving up to 30 minutes of processing time per loan file; and creates efficiencies in the ordering and receiving of products, while saving costs with a unique set of streamline title and alternative valuation products for equity and non-QM loans. It also reconciles invoices easier due to one consolidated bill for all settlement services ordered on the system and meets all regulatory and security standards.
“This upgrade shows MeridianLink and SWBC Lending Solutions’ continued commitment to providing the latest technology development in order to serve the needs of our clients,” said Joe Ware, SVP of Business Development for SWBC Lending Solutions. “We have had a long-standing partnership with MeridianLink, and this is just one example of how our two companies have grown together to provide quality service and technology to the lending community.”
LendingXpress is a user-friendly, web-based platform which can be accessed directly or through one of its many system integrations, such as MeridianLink’s LoansPQ.
