SwitchThink Solutions has promoted Tim Watson to assistant vice president of Operations. In the position, Tim and his team are responsible for delivering critical operations services including help desk, online banking, network and platform operations support to credit unions across the nation.
Tim brings 30 years of credit union information technology experience from Fiserv and Electronic Data Systems where he has led product development, data center and network operations, conversions, and client support for a full suite of core processing and other credit union products. Tim replaces Phil Zuniga, who will retire after an accomplished executive leadership career managing world-class technology delivery solutions for industries including insurance and financial services.
