Tampa Bay credit union wins prestigious national ‘Diamond Award’

TAMPA, FL (April 21, 2016) — The Credit Union National Administration (CUNA) has announced its winners for its 2016 CUNA Diamond Awards, and Tampa Bay credit union, GTE Financial has earned two awards, including the highly-coveted award for Best Brand Awareness for its commercial campaign about how “Almost everyone loves GTE.”

GTE Financial also won in the Logo category for its Reimagining Possible design. The Diamond Awards recognize achievements in marketing and business development, including branding, campaigns, direct mail, social media and video. Entries are judged on five criteria: Creativity, Design and Production, Copy and Communication, Strategy and Results.

CUNA reviews more than 1,000 entries in 30 categories. CUNA is a national organization for credit union professionals run by and for credit union executives. Winners were announced at the 23rd Annual Marketing & Business Development Council Conference in Anaheim, Calif., on March 22.
