Tanya Mueller Smith joins CUES® as Manager, Member Relations & Sales Support- Canada
MADISON, WI (January 25, 2019) — CUES is pleased to announce Tanya Mueller Smith has joined the team as Manager, Member Relations & Sales Support- Canada.
“Due to the growth and success with our Canadian market and the launching of CUES Canadian Division, there has been an increased demand for more member engagement and support in Canada,” said John Pembroke, CUES’ President/CEO, “Tanya is a true asset to the team and we are excited to bring her dedication and extensive credit union knowledge to our Canadian market. She is will be instrumental to the continued success of our Canadian members and we can’t wait to let her enthusiasm for the movement shine.”
Tanya previously worked at Central 1 where she worked on various teams providing consulting services and project management support to credit unions including the support of the National Credit Card Program.
She has been a life-long member of Bulkley Valley Credit Union, was a recipient of the Credit Union Foundation Bursary and has been on the BC Young Leaders working committee since its inception in 2016. She has been Chairing the BCYL network since March of 2018.
Tanya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Community Leadership Program Certificate from UBC, a Certificate of Business Management and a Certificate of Human Resource Management from SFU and holds a professional designation in HR.
