On Wednesday, August 8th, TBA Credit Union’s Service Center extended its operating hours to answer calls and text messages from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Committed to building trusted relationships, TBACU hopes the extended hours provide added convenience for members as well as anyone with financial needs.
“We are excited to offer our members peace of mind knowing a Service Center team member is here to help if they need,” says Andrea Stagg, Service Center Supervisor. “With more availability during the day, we feel we can better serve our members and the community.”
Along with extended Service Center hours, after-hours phone support is also available from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Visit tbacu.com for a full list of operating hours.
