TDECU’s Rhonda Kleinecke Earns Highest Credit Union Professional Designation

(LAKE JACKSON, TEXAS) — TDECU is proud to announce that Chief Financial Officer Rhonda Kleinecke, CPA, has completed the Credit Union Executive Society CEO Institute and achieved the designation of Credit Union “Certified Chief Executive” (CCE).
“This is the highest professional designation awarded in the credit union industry,” points out Stephanie Sherrodd, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, who also holds the CCE designation. “Rhonda has our admiration for her tireless work toward continuous personal and professional development.”
During the rigorous three-year program, Kleinecke focused on strategic planning, organizational effectiveness and leadership to strengthen the individual and, in turn, the entire company. She joins the ranks of 403 credit union leaders who have also obtained their CCE, and who are recognized throughout the credit union movement as having established a standard of educational excellence.
A proven leader, Kleinecke began her career with TDECU in 2004. She is a Certified Public Accountant, received her BBA in Management from Texas State University and is a graduate of the CBA/BAI Graduate School of Retail Bank Management. Kleinecke is also a member of the 306/2 Cardwell Group, Fiserv-Products Advisory Council, and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. She sits on the Board for the Southwest Automated Clearing House Association (SWACHA) and serves on the SWACHA CEO Succession Planning Committee.
