Teachers Federal Credit Union announces 2023 scholarship recipients

Founded by a group of educators, Teachers Federal Credit Union continues to reinforce its commitment to education and ensure that more students have the resources to reach their academic goals by way of scholarships to student members across the country.

As part of Teachers' commitment to education, in 2023 the credit union awarded 15 graduating high seniors a total of $37,500 as part of its annual scholarship programs.

  • Kimberly Fuentes of Brentwood, NY, attending Cornell University
  • Kelly Gaussaint of Central Islip, NY, attending Duke University
  • Joshua Haddad of East Northport, NY, attending Tulane University
  • Emma Kelly of East Northport, NY, attending University of Alabama
  • Jack Levi of Garden City, NY, attending SUNY Cortland
  • Christopher Lucie of East Northport, NY, attending Belmont University
  • Timothy Manzello of  Shoreham, NY, attending Penn State University
  • Emma Parente of Holtsville, NY, attending SUNY Oneonta
  • Matthew Pellegrino of St. James, NY, attending Quinnipiac University
  • Taylor Saar of Nesconset, NY, attending Penn State University 

Robert G. Allen Scholarship Recipients: 

  • Katherine Campbell of Levittown, NY, attending SUNY Old Westbury
  • Hailey Poach of Center Moriches, NY, attending Suffolk County Community College
  • Autumn Stahlmann of Miller Place, NY, attending Stony Brook University
  • Jessica Sucharski of Nesconset, NY, attending Hofstra University 

Teachers presented scholarships earlier this summer in an awards ceremony at its headquarters in Hauppauge, New York.
