Messaging software provider Text Request today announced it has joined the CU Evolution Solutions Network. The partnership is designed to enable simple and affordable text message integration for small credit unions looking to evolve and expand their member service strategies. Text Request will begin offering credit union-specific solutions to CU Evolution’s clients immediately.
According to CU Evolution CEO Howard Bufe, researching and vetting partnerships with technology companies is time-consuming and complex, particularly for credit unions with small staffs and limited resources. “The idea behind our Solutions Network is that CU Evolution does the upfront heavy lifting of ensuring third-party providers are a good fit for the small credit union movement. We’re looking for credit union partners that are financially stable, certified if necessary, and certainly those that share the industry’s cooperative and people-over-profit values,” said Bufe. “Text Request meets those parameters while also offering some of the most exciting – and accessible – messaging integrations available today.”
Text Request offers a variety of API solutions under the messaging umbrella. These include text, picture and video text messaging, webhooks and other integration options, contact management tools and a reporting module. Features like escalation, which automatically forwards inbound text messages to personal cell phones, enables small staffs to provide the same, or better, member support as much larger providers.
