The Detroit Free Press names CP Federal Credit Union a winner of the Michigan 2018 Top Workplaces Award
JACKSON, MI (November 27, 2018) — CP Federal Credit Union, who currently has branches serving in Jackson, Mason, Parma, Brooklyn, Grass Lake, and soon to be Saline, has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by The Detroit Free Press for the 5th year running. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
