The Detroit Free Press names CP Financial Credit Union a winner of The Detroit Top Workplaces 2020 Award

CP Financial Credit Union has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Detroit Free Press. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a connection among employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your organization. The Top Workplaces program can be that positive outcome your company can rally around in the coming months to celebrate leadership and the importance of maintaining an employee-focused culture, even during challenging times.”

Chrissy Siders, CEO of CP Financial Credit Union stated “We are so humbled to receive the award of Top Workplace for mid-size organizations for the seventh year in a row.  Attaining this honor during a year such as this is a true testament to our commitment to value people over profit, process and product. Our team is driven by purpose and their resiliency has been on full display as they inspire the pursuit of a life well lived for our members and communities alike. The employee engagement survey allows us to live out our value of two-way feedback, graciously welcomed and respectfully given. We can’t wait to dig into the valuable feedback our employees provided to ensure our workplace always remains committed to a culture that understands and responds to the needs of our employees.”
