The Sheeter Group, a leading firm in Credit Union Executive Benefits and Compensation, today announced a significant addition to its leadership. Liz Santos has been named the new Chief Consulting Officer and will play a pivotal role in how credit unions retain and compensate their key executives.
As Chief Consulting Officer, Liz focuses on compensation studies, incentive practices, and succession planning to help credit unions confidently compete in the marketplace. Her portfolio includes executive salary and benefits evaluation, merger and acquisition support, and board education. Credit union boards and executives can leverage her expertise to make better compensation decisions.
