THINK 17 conference focusing on digital transformation strategies for credit unions

Credit union employees can register for May 8-11 event at http://co-opthink.org

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA (February 17, 2017) — CO-OP Financial Services is bringing world-class speakers, exclusive research and strategic guidance, and industry experts to the agenda for the THINK 17 conference, focusing on “Creating and Executing Your Digital Transformation Strategy.”

“Digitally transformed businesses are more profitable, have higher external and internal satisfaction scores and are better equipped to deal with the ever-changing world of technology,” said Todd Clark, President/CEO, CO-OP Financial Services, the host organization for THINK 17. “Digital transformation calls for a broad business transformation, requiring a review of a business’s operations from top to bottom. The THINK 17 agenda is designed specifically to help credit unions in their journey of digital transformation in all of its member experience, technology and operational aspects.”

The featured speakers will be tackling the business issues of how digital payments, user experience and an innovation culture are transforming the credit union industry. The line-up includes:

Attendees will leave with specific strategic and tactical guidance, including a “Jobs to be Done Framework” and “Digital Transformation Playbook,” both intended as step-by-step guides for credit unions to execute their digital transformation strategy.

In addition, industry experts and credit union peers will share trends and tactics on digital transformation, with topics ranging from fraud, faster payments, financial technology and member experience.

This year’s edition of THINK marks the tenth anniversary of the conference (@COOPTHINK), which specializes in attracting renowned featured speakers from outside the industry who share their unique perspectives on issues confronting credit unions.
